Alex Holtermann joined True Engineering Group in 2016 as the first employee, second only to the companyís founder. Over the years, he has worked in numerous capacities throughout the company including spearheading plumbing design, BIM/VDC efforts, internal Revit platform, electrical design, and federal design build clientele. His breadth of experience and overall construction expertise makes him a trusted resource both inside and outside True Engineering Group. Today, Holtermann leads the electrical design services and federal design build clientele for True Engineering Group. While based out of the St. Louis office, Holtermann goes wherever his expertise is needed including throughout Missouri and across the nation.

Alex Holtermann strives to become a trusted advisor for our clients. He actively seeks to understand the client's concerns and deliver a lasting solution. Design teams and clients alike trust Holtermann's recommendations and his knack for functional lasting solutions. His long-standing relationships and strong rapport with repeat clients is a testament to the bond he develops with clients.

Outside of his role at True Engineering, Alex enjoys spending time with his wife and two children. Beyond his professional and family duties, Alex is always busy with a home improvement project. He enjoys a good value is a devout Costco shopper.
