Gaven Peterie is a Design Engineer at True Engineering Group, where he helps design mechanical and plumbing systems that support the spaces people use every day. He joined True Engineering in January 2025 as an intern and has continued growing with the team since then. Working from the Fayetteville, Arkansas office, Gaven contributes through engineering analysis, thoughtful problem‑solving, and close coordination with the team internally to turn design concepts into constructable and reliable, real‑world systems. Having grown up in Fair Grove Missouri, he still has a great connection to Southwest Missouri.

Gaven is an Associate Member of the American Society of Plumbing Engineers (ASPE).

Outside work, Gaven enjoys outdoor activities. His main interests include golfing, hunting, and camping. When not engaged in outdoor activities, he values spending quality time with his wife and family.
