True Engineering provided comprehensive design services for a new ventilation, VRF, and exhaust system at the 80,000-square-foot Historical Courthouse in Springfield, Missouri. The solution featured dedicated rooftop units delivering outside air through ductwork, while modern VRF equipment enabled efficient occupancy control across multiple zones. The scope of work encompassed as-build documentation, design, bidding, and construction administration. Maintaining building occupancy during construction introduced additional complexity to the project. The phased installation required more than one year to fully integrate the replacement systems into the facility.
