McGregor Elementary HVAC Upgrade

Performed design engineering for a full HVAC system replacement for a complete elementary school. The outdated and system was failing and required frequent repairs. The replacement HVAC systems included new variable refrigerant flow (VRF) coupled with dedicated outside air units (DOAS) for classrooms, offices, and library. The multipurpose gymnasium featured a dedicated packaged rooftop unit. The project required extensive ductwork modification for the new HVAC system type with compressed construction schedule. True Engineering Group also served as a project management consultant and performed commissioning.
